Admission to Romanian medical universities follows a precise annual timetable, with no written entrance exam for the French- and English-language streams. Admission is decided on your application file and an interview.

General requirements

  • Hold a school-leaving certificate (or European equivalent)
  • For the French-language streams: proof of B2-level French
  • For the English-language streams: proof of B2-level English
  • A medical certificate confirming fitness for medical studies
  • A psychological certificate (depending on the university)
